Planning and programming interventions on plants in continuous process, through market research, evaluation, procurement and management of materials and components for use.
Executive planning supported by CAD systems and 3D virtual prototyping.
Technical operations management and coordination of building site personnel.
Economic and commercial management of the order, in all phases of execution and in coordination with the needs of the Customer.
Operative Services
Construction and installation of piping in stainless steel, carbon steel, and plastic materials (HDPE and PP) for process and utility plants. On-site assembly of tanks, skids, pumps, heat exchangers, filters, and all measuring and control components.
Prefabrication and on-site installation of sanitation systems and piping. Design, construction, and installation of high-pressure washing systems.
Manufacture of metal structures for supporting pipelines and plant components, as well as tanks, reservoirs and metal containers.
Light metal fabrication works, including shaping, bending, and profiling of sheet metal, as well as stainless steel fabrication with polycarbonate and plexiglass cladding, for the construction of machine safety guards, conveyor belts for packaging lines, and acid storage stations.
TIG welding services, an optimal process for welding piping with thicknesses of a few millimeters, as its heat source allows good welding speeds and enables the fusion of edges without the risk of burn-through.
Manual arc welding, wire welding, and oxy-acetylene welding services.
Automatic welding using Orbitalum/Axxair machines.
All welding activities are carried out by highly qualified and certified personnel.
Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance for both systems built by us and systems constructed by third parties. Preventive maintenance carried out according to the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology.
